Personal Evaluation - As an independent consultant, we will evaluate your physical living environment. We will discuss with you and other appropriate parties (family members, health-care professionals, etc.) your daily living activities and any special considerations.

Design Recommendations - Based upon your lifestyle and budget, we will provide you with written recommendation for modifications that can range from simple adjustments and modifications to major renovations.

Contractor Pricing – Upon approval of design recommendations, we will contact contractors to provide quotes to perform the modifications as well as a time schedule for completion. If you prefer to obtain the quotes, we will be happy to assist as appropriate.

Project Oversight - If requested, we will provide oversight and work as the liaison between you and the contractor during all phases of your home modifications.

Keep in mind that when you hire a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist and a Certified Green Professional, you are buying a service rather than a product.
